STROIA SCHOOL OF DRIVING - MOTORCYCLE TEST FEE

Terms of contract

If the driver is 16 or 17, or if the driver has failed the motorcycle operator's skills test twice, the driver MUST submit proof of completing an approved motorcycle rider education course directly to the Secretary of State branch office.
REQUIRED SAFETY EQUIPMENT
  • Motorcycle (road worthy)
  • Horn
  • Permanently attached seat
  • Helmet (approved by Snell)
  • US Dot or ANSI
  • Handlebars (no higher than 15" from lowest point of the unoccupied seat)
  • Muffler
  • One rear view mirror
  • Brakes
  • Seat belt (3 wheel motor cycles only)
  • Head/rear lamps/turn signals
  • Must bring valid drivers license, valid motorcycle TIP, valid proof of insurance and should present valid registration for the motorcycle being used for the test.

  • If the applicant will be riding a motorcycle to the test location, a properly licensed adult should accompany to and from the test with driver.

Refund policy

Improper documents or equipment failure will result in a $15.00 refund.  No refund if failure occurs after the test is given.  If you need to cancel, you must give 24 hour notice before your appointment or a $15.00 forfeiture will result.
TEST SITE LOCATION IS AT ST. JOHN'S LUTHERAN CHURCH AT THE CORNER OF TELEGRAPH & NORTHLINE.
USE THE DRIVEWAY OFF NORTHLINE ROAD.

THE DRIVING RECORD OF EACH INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTOR IS AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW UPON REQUEST

NOTICE:
This school is required to be licensed by the Michigan Department of State, Driver Training and Testing Programs. If you have any complaint which you cannot settle with this school, write: Michigan Department of State, Driver Training and Testing Programs, Lansing, Michigan 48918. Completion of driver training instruction does not guarantee qualification for a drivers license.
